Can I Stop My Dilantin?

K-19 - Kathryn Bigelow (2002) The Night of

(K-19: the widowmaker)

Visto in DVD, in lingua originale sottotitolato.

Per carità, fa il suo lavoro, ci infila pura qualche piano sequenza vero (con camera a mano dentro i meandri del sottomarino) e qualcuno farlocco (che enters the underwater windows and crevices), but the Bigelow seems to have abandoned the innovative spirit of "Strange days " and has not yet reached the dryness and visual beauty of "The Hurt Locker .

The film, however, is definitely well told. A film of two hours and passes full of unintelligible jargon that almost never drops the voltage, but rather, nell'acme events can move exactly as it should, is a film that works.

Absolutely original subject, a story of heroism and patriotism of the Union Soviet made by the Americans to say ... no ...

Ohio Lottery Most Common Numbers

Novels in New York # 40: Bait

a thriller starring a writer, there are several. Just think, for example, certain works of Stephen King that here, not surprisingly, the launch signature on the back cover.
But when the novel, apart from having a perfect plot, is a satire of the publishing world and a valuable source of information for any aspiring writer wants to say that we are dealing with something very original, is intended not only to fans of the genre, but to a much wider audience of readers. And this is the case de Bait (The Hook) Donald E. Westlake (1933-2008), written in 2000 and published two years ago by the young publisher Alacran Milan, engaged in worthy opera di recupero degli inediti dell'autore.
C'è un pò, ma solo un pò, 's Hitchcock Strangers on a Train (Stranger on the Train) , there is a detective who talks and acts like Lt. Colombo but with less flair, there are two women who are not of sympathy and their best weapon Then, last but not least , there is New York, described in a never boring, with particular attention to the interior of a city of the 2000s, with many districts and ever more chic less suburbs: "It was a kitchen for a very large apartment in Manhattan, six rooms in Perry Street in Greenwich Village ... were pleased to have so much space, including a kind of attic another rarity in Manhattan. " Westlake went
down in history as one of the pioneers of the inclusion of a certain black humor in the yellow tram, without altering the voltage and also descriptions of the environment can not save the joke, as in the case of another of the places of the novel: 'L' large living room, furnished by Lucie with the help of department stores Bloomingdale's, overlooking Central Park and had a great terrace on the side of the building. From there, on the fifteenth floor, we enjoyed great views of Midtown Manhattan ... If ever I had to kill myself I would do it from here, jumping over the parapet. "
passionate story on many levels, interest is growing for both the publishing adventure of the characters, for a lot of information "behind the scenes on the mechanisms editorials for the inevitable murder investigation, however, told in a way so direct that it will appear a terrifying simplicity. The title defines
bait that hook in addition to a story to make it more palatable by the readers. If I had to try the bait
de "Bait" I pinpoints the intimate desire of every great player: to become a writer, not necessarily as large as was Donald E. Westlake.

112 Levita House Ossulston Street, Camden London

- John Huston (1964)

(The Night of the Iguana)

Seen on DVD in the original language sottotilato in Italian.

A shepherd ( Burton) is removed from the church circuit for a young sheep. It thus becomes a tour guide in Mexico on behalf of God (in trips organized by the parishes), but during one of these trips he happens next un'adolescentella ingrifata sexy and surly leader who quickly takes a dislike to. The situation will explode when they reach the hotel from a friend of the pastor ( Gardner ) ... them all will have to deal with their demons and their loneliness.

Opera Tennessee Williams, as usual murky and suffered the highest levels, with characters destroyed ... but this time Huston there is bad and makes the story somewhat ironic, as a brilliant descent into hell (the little thing was good to Williams) and we attaccu also a happy ending based on the acceptance of its weaknesses is that there own. The script to be honest, a bit latita in credibility in the scene where Burton is tied to the hammock; them the film becomes excessively verbose and theatrical shows in the source horribly (and you use the metaforone frankly excessive), but beyond that point the plot line that is a pleasure.

The director is treated with the same class ever, with framing effect is always right and a wonderful use of the actors. But therein lies the true strength, the cast. All recite from god (my favorite is the Gardner, but they are all flawless female co-star) and Richard Burton appears to have been born for the characters lost and crumpled.
applause.

Best Tamrac Case To Fit Lumix Fs7

Tales from the pale moon of August - Kenji Mizoguchi (1953)

(Ugetsu Monogatari)

seen on DVD in the original language subtitles.

medieval Japan, a potter and his brother (who wants to do while being an inept samurai) depart for the nearby town to sell ceramic dishes, but abandoning their families. Once in the city the potter meets a rich lady who will prove to be an admirer of his products and himself, while his brother and decides to really fight for a stroke of luck will be hailed as a hero. But whereas the two pursue their demons, which will remain burned (especially the potter), their families are harassed in any way and drag in the tragedy. In the end, only a return to normalcy and acceptance status will report the initial quiet and a chance for redemption.

The director proves dynamic but calm. Lenses trucks accompany almost every character in the scene and tracking is continuous.

a stunningly beautiful film, that alone is enough to convince you to rediscover Mizoguchi (which, I admit, I do not know at all.
